Mr. Scott Guajardo owns and operates Ace Industrial Floor Coatings DBA Ace Industrial Solutions. He has worked for over 25 years in technical roles for aerospace, robotics, food processing, manufacturing, production, and warehousing. He considers the various needs and requirements of these spaces before offering solutions.

Ace Industrial Solutions was founded in 2020 and is a certified 8a and Minority-owned construction company headquartered in Livonia, MI. Ace Industrial operates in all 50 states and is willing to travel Internationally if an opportunity arises. We provide a wide variety of services, including High-speed concrete polishing, epoxy coatings, urethane cement, ESD, urethane coatings, MMA, deck coatings, hangar coatings, secondary containment solutions, carpet and coverings, energy efficiency programs, pallet racking, shot blasting and grinding, and painting services.  

As the operator of Ace Industrial Solutions, Mr. Guajardo has provided flooring and other solutions for Assurant, the US Army, Prairie Farms, H.H. Barnum, Verizon, Seller’s GMC, Park West Gallery, Washtenaw Community College, Barton Malow, Spence Brothers, Schafer construction, JMD building restoration, the Detroit Historical Society, Packard proving grounds, and many others.
